Role & responsibilities A. Qualification: B-Tech Preferably from IT field B. Experience: Minimum of 6+ years Candidate having experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is ideal. Alternatively, Candidate worked in technical side or Production area may also be choose having SOUND knowledge in IT Infrastructure area. C. Languages: Should have fluency in English & some knowledge on Hindi in addition to local language. D. Position: Sr. Officer Procurement or as per the directions of Mgmt. E. Location: Candidate should preferably from Hyderabad or AP & TS area. F. Preferences: Candidate worked from IT Infrastructure is preferable. About the role: This role is primarily to Tender preparation, submission, coordination with all concern departments. Experience: 3-5 Years Desired Skills & Responsibilities: Prior experience in bid submissions. Documentation, Coordination with internal Teams mainly finance, sales, presales Identify, Build and maintain relationship with internal and external stake holders Prior Experience in identifying opportunities and submission of bids in Gem Portal and e-procurement portal Attend meetings, customer calls, negotiate and liaison with parties and prepare necessary documentation and quotations Daily reportage of your activities to the management by way of Daily Sales Report, regular meetings with supervisor or other directives issued. The incumbent should be with good communication.
