About the role As a Senior Product Manager at PyjamaHR, you ll lead the strategy and execution of our AI-driven ATS platform, ensuring it delivers unmatched value to HR teams and hiring managers. You ll balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution, driving alignment across teams and delivering measurable outcomes. What youll do: Own End-to-End Product Strategy Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with PyjamaHR s mission to revolutionize recruitment. Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business goals, and technical feasibility, ensuring resources are allocated to high-value opportunities. Champion Customer-Centricity Synthesize insights from sales, support, and direct customer interactions into strategic product decisions. Partner with UX/Design to validate solutions through prototypes, user testing, and feedback loops. Lead Market Competitive Intelligence Drive deep market analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities, positioning our product as a market leader. Anticipate industry shifts and align product strategy to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Drive Execution Accountability Partner closely with engineering to prioritize features, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights. Amplify Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the nexus between executives, sales, marketing, and engineering to align priorities and resources. Lead go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless launches and adoption across teams. Mitigate Risks Solve Complex Challenges Proactively identify technical, operational, or market risks and develop mitigation strategies. Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product team. Align Stakeholders Communicate Progress Present roadmap updates, risks, and wins to executives, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Partner with marketing and sales to craft go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth launches and adoption of new capabilities. Who Were Looking For: 3-5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS platforms. Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to own product vision, make tough prioritization calls, and influence stakeholders at all levels (including C-suite). Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and agile methodologies. Ability to engage meaningfully with engineers on trade-offs. Customer Obsession: Skilled at translating complex user pain points into actionable, scalable solutions. Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in leveraging analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel) to measure success and pivot strategies.
