What This Job Is About: You’ll be the key person managing and improving their digital work platform —a system that helps distribute tasks to workers. Your job is to make this platform smarter, faster, and easier to use so it can support more workers and clients. Your Responsibilities: Lead the Product Strategy: Plan and shape the future of the platform—how it works and grows. Improve User Experience: Make the platform easy and efficient for everyone using it—workers, clients, admins. Boost Performance: Track how well things are working, run tests, and launch new features to improve speed and scale. Use Data to Guide Decisions: Look at data, test ideas (A/B testing), and use insights to make smart product decisions. Work Across Teams: Collaborate with engineers, designers, operations, and business teams to make sure everyone’s aligned. What You Should Bring: 4+ years of product management experience —especially with tech platforms, gig work, or marketplaces. Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with engineers and making informed tech decisions. Data-driven mindset: You like to test, measure, and improve based on data. Experience in managing digital workers or marketplaces is a big plus. Great communicator: You can align different teams toward a common goal.
