Key Responsibilities & Revenue-Oriented KPIs β Revenue Growth & Market Share β Directly contribute to increasing Subscription Revenue (MRR/ARR) across target segments. β Drive growth in average revenue per user (ARPU) through effective pricing, packaging, and upselling strategies. β Increase new customer acquisition through targeted product launches and go-to-market initiatives. β Expand market share within existing and new customer segments (e.g., film production houses, ad agencies, digital creators, gaming studios). β Improve conversion rates across the marketing and sales funnel for product-led growth initiatives. β Product Adoption & Usage β Increase product feature adoption rates and engagement metrics for new and existing features. β Reduce churn rates by effectively communicating product value and addressing customer pain points. β Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution β Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, features, and major updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. β Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure successful launches and sustained product success. β Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and differentiates Hoopr in the market. β Market & Customer Intelligence β Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats. β Gather and synthesize customer insights through surveys, interviews, and data analysis to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies. β Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. β Sales Enablement & Content Creation β Develop high-impact sales enablement tools, including sales decks, battlecards, product sheets, case studies, and training materials, to empower the sales team. β Create compelling marketing content (e.g., website copy, blog posts, videos, whitepapers, webinars) that effectively communicates product value and drives lead generation. β Product Strategy Input β Act as the voice of the customer and the market within the product development process, influencing product roadmap decisions based on market insights and business opportunities. β Collaborate closely with product managers to define product requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization. β Brand & Messaging Consistency β Ensure consistent and compelling product messaging across all channels and touchpoints. β Contribute to strengthening Hoopr's brand positioning as the leading licensed Indian music marketplace. What You Bring β 6+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment. β Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, driving significant revenue growth and market adoption. β Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling marketing messages. β Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation. β Proficiency in developing go-to-market strategies and executing integrated marketing campaigns. β Experience with sales enablement and developing high-impact sales tools. β Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions. β Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment. β Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
