Key Responsibilities : Digital Marketing Strategy : Social Media Management : Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) : Email Marketing : Content Creation & Management : Analytics and Reporting : Budget Management : Team Leadership : Partnerships & Collaborations : Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. A degree from a recognized university is preferred. Experience : Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role, preferably in the education sector. Skills : Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content management. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, social media insights, and digital marketing platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications : Experience working in a higher education institution or similar sector. Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and student recruitment platforms.
