Senior Project Leader/ Associate Director – Industrial Projects We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Associate Director – Project Management with a strong Civil Engineering background and over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. About the Role: Lead end-to-end project management for industrial construction projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and team performance. Mentor and develop junior project managers and engineers. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus). Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within the industrial construction sector (e.g., manufacturing plants, warehouses, etc.). Proven experience in managing projects valued at ₹100 Cr+ or equivalent. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (EPC, PMC), and project controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.). Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
