Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all civil engineering works executed by the Concessionaire Review and verify drawings, designs, reports, and documentation Monitor construction activities, timelines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Conduct technical audits and safety checks as per project standards Provide technical recommendations and facilitate dispute resolution Prepare reports, MoMs, and manage client communications Guide and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations per the Concession Agreement Eligibility Criteria: Education: M.Tech (Civil) from a Top 100 NIRF-ranked institute Candidates with both B.Tech and M.Tech from NIRF Top 100 Institutes will be preferred Experience: 10+ years in civil engineering, particularly in Railways/Metro infrastructure projects Must have handled 3 major assignments of at least 2 years each in Rail or Metro projects Skills Required: Project Management Contractual Compliance Civil Engineering & Design Review Safety & Quality Audits Railways/Metro Construction Team Leadership Strong Communication & Reporting Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: Civil engineering: 10 years (Preferred) Rail or Metro projects: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8320092044
