The role focuses on execution of Premium High-Rise Residential Construction Projects We are looking for RCC Contractor's Project Manager with experience in residential construction, and having strong RCC Execution skills. Role & responsibilities - In-Depth Technical Knowledge of RCC Construction and I.S codes. Item-wise Rate Analysis and labor cost knowledge. Cost-cutting methods and knowledge of all material cost in Industry. Shuttering, steel reinforcement checking as per Drawing, Checklists and managing construction projects from start to finish. Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to Senior Management . Achieving slab cycle by allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency, minimise project delays. Reconciliation of concrete, steel materials. Quantity Estimation and Client Billing by preparing BBS. Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges. Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements. Collaborate closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. Maintaining accurate project documentation and Quality measures. Handle Client-Staff Efficiently for billing, estimation and site Execution. Preferred candidate profile - person we are looking (Qualification Should be Diploma, BE CIVIL) and they should be in construction industry experience should be from 16yrs to 25 yrs.
