Managerisks and perform risk mitigation activities Performstakeholder management and customer engagement activities Collectrelevant metrics and drive continuous improvement activities in the project Guideand coach team members to achieve common goals of the project includingtechnical Use your skills to move the world forward! B.E/B. Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M. Tech/MSc Computer Science 5+years of experience in software development projects including experience ofleadingprojects/modules. Mandatoryproject/team management experience with Cloud & IoT applications(AWS/Azure)for a minimum of 3 years Goodknowledge of the cloud technologies and cloud managed services - AWS &Azure Exposureto electrical domain and energy market trends Strong project management skills, certifications will have added weightage Effectiverisk management & customer interfacing skills Strongknowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices Abilityto drive positive mindset and culture in the team Abilityto understand business needs and translate them into solutions Abilityto effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various stakeholders
