Role & responsibilities Lead and manage telecom fixture assembly projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
