Job Description

Job Title: Senior Account Executive – Public Relations Location: NSP (Netaji Subhash Place), New Delhi (Work from Office) Experience Required: 3 to 4 years in a PR agency Key Responsibilities: Independently manage 4+ team members, Execution, Tracking, providing guidance, quality checks, and leadership support. Handle end-to-end PR execution for clients across sectors: Corporate PR, Capital Markets, B2B Tech, Startups, Fintech, EV, Green Energy, etc. Act as a creative engine for the team, bring original campaign ideas, new-age storytelling formats, and digital integrations. Build and implement SOPs and internal processes for campaign planning, content production, media tracking, and reporting. Integrate AI tools into daily workstreams for enhanced content delivery and automation. Cultivate strong media relationships, regularly pitch to top-tier media (ET, Mint, CNBC, Zee, Business Standard, etc.). Draft high-quality content: press releases, authored articles, blogs, client quotes, talking points, social media captions, and campaign briefs. Collaborate with creative, design, and video teams to build integrated campaign assets (PR + digital + influencer). Manage client expectations through proactive communication, regular updates, and strategic counsel. Stay updated with social media trends, platforms, and influencer ecosystems to fuel campaigns with viral/real-time elements. Track media coverage, monitor journalist beats, and maintain updated media lists across sectors. Drive monthly/quarterly review presentations with clients, including coverage analytics and performance benchmarking. Contribute to business development, upsell PR activities within retainers, identify white spaces, and suggest creative expansions. Research ongoing industry developments in fintech, startups, BFSI, sustainability, and tech. Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to junior team members; actively support recruitment and team expansion. Ensure high-quality service delivery, accountability, and result ownership within the client retainer scope. What We’re Looking For: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a PR agency (mandatory). Proven experience in managing a team of 3–4 people, including junior executives or interns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in both media and client communication. Should have worked on BD Strong understanding of B2B storytelling and digital-first media approach. Social media and camera-savvy, comfortable working on LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, or representing clients at events. Ability to think fast, work independently, and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Familiarity with new-age digital tools, content trends, and platforms.
