Role & responsibilities The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Develop and support software applications, database integration, interfaces, and new features Design scalable backend systems and optimize API performance Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues Implement unit testing and maintain high code quality standards Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards Support testing and deployment of new products and features Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices Work with SQL & MongoDB for efficient data management Deploy and manage applications on AWS Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field) 2+ years of relevant work experience Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively Strong expertise in Python & FastAPI. Experience with Flask for microservices architecture Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Hands-on experience with unit testing (Pytest or similar frameworks) Strong knowledge of Debugging & Troubleshooting techniques Proficiency in SQL & MongoDB for data management Experience with AWS for cloud deployments
