Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to improve product reliability. Key Responsibilities: Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios . Perform functional, regression, UI, smoke, and exploratory testing . Identify, log, and track bugs and defects in a bug-tracking system (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and test software accordingly. Ensure the product meets quality standards and business requirements . Report test results and provide feedback on usability, performance, and functionality. Participate in agile/scrum meetings to provide testing updates. Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement . Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in manual testing . Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) . Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, and bug reporting . Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, or similar). Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation. Familiar with API testing using Postman . Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail . Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
