Senior QA Manager Location: Remote Option Experience: 15+ years Job Type: Full-time Summary: We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to lead our manual testing efforts for our enterprise SaaS platform. Our product is a well-established, mature solution with a strong user base, supported by an experienced team of senior developers. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of manual testers, ensuring high-quality testing processes. Initiate and strategize automation testing efforts based on business requirements. Provide guidance on best practices in testing strategies and quality assurance. Perform manual testing for all new features and enhancements in our application. Conduct integration and regression testing to ensure stability across releases. Build comprehensive test scenarios for new developments and edge cases. Maintain and prioritize urgent tickets and critical production issues. Analyze application logs to reproduce complex issues. Assist developers in understanding and reproducing reported issues. Track bug-fixing progress and coordinate with developers to resolve issues efficiently. Conduct performance and load testing to assess system reliability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in testing SaaS applications. Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in sprint-based development cycles. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and ability to introduce automation in a structured manner. Ability to suggest process improvements for better efficiency in testing cycles. Prior experience in testing retail-facing products, such as Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, eCommerce platforms, or inventory management solutions, will be plus.
