NEOGOV is the market and technology leader in human resources software for the public sector. NEOGOV s HR suite empowers public sector HR to streamline processes in a centralized platform. We are looking for seasoned Quality Assurance Specialists for full time WFH opportunities from India. What You'll Do Gain a clear understanding of QA principles and methodology, and be able to apply this understanding directly to concrete QA problems Monitoring customer escalations, reproducing defects in-house and driving issues to closure Communicates with product managers and customer support specialists on production issues. Working closely with development and automation resources to drive current and future projects Develop subject matter expertise and maintain test cases as well as requirement traceability matrices Oversee testing phases, product maintenance releases and new development projects Work with other QA Analysts, Developers, Customer Success and Product Managers to develop, maintain, and execute quality assurance testing procedures. Identify test data requirements and generate required test data Suggest productivity tools that are required to improve testing efforts Prioritize test cases taking into account business priorities and risks What You'll Bring To The Table: 4-10 years of hands-on experience in testing enterprise-level products with longer durations in at least 2 projects is a MUST HAVE. Experience working with Scrum Teams delivering SaaS solutions. Hands-on experience with JIRA and TestRail Ability to learn new computer applications. Ability to identify risks and red flags as they arise and take the appropriate action. Ability to multitask in an effective manner and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. Ability to balance the demands of new projects, maintenance and support, customer expectations, and staff development.
