Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer (ReactJS) Location: Pune / Chennai Experience: Minimum 5 years Department: Software Development Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview We are hiring a Senior Frontend Developer (ReactJS) for our teams in Pune and Chennai locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing user interfaces for web applications , ensuring seamless user experiences, optimizing frontend performance, and collaborating closely with backend and design teams. This role requires strong expertise in ReactJS , excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience working in agile, collaborative environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive and interactive web applications using ReactJS . Collaborate with designers , backend developers , and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimize components for maximum performance across different devices and browsers. Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and implement them with high-quality standards. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met. Work closely with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend. Monitor and improve application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend technologies. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and leadership. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Frontend Development with a strong focus on ReactJS . Proficiency in JavaScript , ES6+ , HTML5 , and CSS3 . Strong experience with React Hooks , Redux , or other state management libraries. Hands-on experience in integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend teams. Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS . Experience with version control systems like Git . Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, etc. Experience with Unit Testing/Component Testing using frameworks like Jest , React Testing Library , etc. Understanding of performance optimization techniques for frontend applications. Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualification Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
