Position : Senior Recruiter Exp : 5+ years Location : Bangalore. JOB Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. Sourcing Strategies: Utilize multiple channelsjob portals, social media, referrals, and headhuntingto attract top talent. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Data-Driven Hiring: Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards to optimize hiring strategies. HR Business Partner (HRBP): Work closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and workforce strategies. Support talent development programs, performance management, and career progression. Implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies. Conduct training programs, leadership development, and succession planning. Address employee concerns, grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and change management. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong recruitment experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or plastics industry. Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRMS tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
