We have an exciting and challenging role opened for a Senior Recruitment Manager in our Hyderabad office. This person plays a key role in defining and driving the talent acquisition function for a highly successful product-based company. The role holder will work very closely with local and global hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and execute appropriate strategies to acquire top class talent. The role-holder is expected to have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in talent acquisition and stakeholder management. This position reports to the Chief People Officer and partners closely with the Senior HR Manager in India. This role is primarily onsite. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top class talent. Leadership Team Management: Manage, mentor and develop the talent acquisition team mapping out career growth opportunities aligned to their strengths. Employer Branding: Strengthen the company s brand as an employer of choice in the SAAS industry, leveraging LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc. effectively. Design selection mechanisms and related tool kits to ensure rigorous and consistent hiring in MCO. Provide recruitment training for hiring managers and own team. Hiring Process Optimisation: Streamline recruitment processes, utilising assessments and other tools to produce high quality shortlisted candidates. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the business leaders in India and internationally to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring approach Vendor Partner Management: Collaborate with recruitment agencies, job portals, assessment tools. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring performance. Produce detailed weekly recruitment reports. Maintain a pipeline of skilled talent, including consistent communication with potential hires and connecting them with positions that align with their experience and skill set. Expertise in identifying target companies, user groups, professional associations which could lead to qualified hires. Closing out offers for selected candidates, preparing offer agreements, and getting the candidates to on-board within required timelines. Smooth handover to Senior HR Manager post recruitment. Experience Skills Minimum 10 years of experience recruitment experience ideally in product-based technology company, with at least 5 years in a recruitment management position. Bachelor s degree required; degree in human resources, or business-related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in managing developing talent acquisition team Experience in ATS integration. Experience in sourcing and screening profiles as per the given job requirements using various channels like job boards, social networking sites etc. Experience of generating recruitment dashboards and reports, tracking large volumes of data. Experience in end-to-end recruitment process is mandatory. Has hands on experience in leading recruitment tools- Job portals, LinkedIn etc. Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills. Teamwork and motivational skills A true self starter, who works effectively on their own initiative, and is used to working in demanding environments where there is continuous change and growth.
