Experience: 4 - 5 years Industry: Recruitment/Staffing Location of Expertise: India (Preferred), UK Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sanderson. As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and full-cycle recruitment to help us meet our hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively source candidates using various tools, such as job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks. Headhunt top talent in a competitive market, particularly for specialized IT/non-IT roles. Outbound Calls & Candidate Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss opportunities, gauge interest, and build relationships. Actively engage and nurture a pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future recruitment needs. Boolean Search & Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to find passive candidates and uncover top talent across multiple platforms and databases. Full Recruitment Life Cycle Management: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from writing job descriptions and posting on job boards to screening CVs, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and finalizing hires. Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the specific skills needed for each role. Provide advice on market trends and candidate expectations. Meeting KPIs and SLAs: Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment SLAs, ensuring timely and efficient placement of candidates. Market Knowledge & Best Practices: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, market salaries, and recruitment best practices. Stay informed on the latest recruitment technologies and methodologies. Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct interviews, assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Ensure that all shortlisted candidates meet job requirements. Essential Skills & Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the India market with BFSI Clients Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing. Hands-on experience of using LinkedIn recruiter Understanding and delivery of Sales consultants in BFSI sector. Proven experience in headhunting and sourcing from job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri portal, etc.). Ability to perform outbound calls and engage effectively with passive candidates. Experience in recruiting for both IT and non-IT roles, with a good understanding of the technical and non-technical skill sets required. Full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting through to candidate onboarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and SLAs. Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in talent acquisition. Desirable Skills: Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
