We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about offering tailored hair restoration solutions and making a significant impact on the success of our studio. Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant, you will build strong, long-term relationships with clients seeking personalized hair loss solutions. You will guide clients through every step of the process, offering expert advice based on their unique needs and goals. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while contributing to the growth and success of the studio. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth consultations and hair loss assessments to determine the best treatment options. Educate clients on the causes of hair loss and provide tailored advice on appropriate solutions. Collaborate with clients to set realistic expectations and present visual aids to illustrate possible results. Set and achieve daily consultation and revenue targets, tracking performance against goals. Drive monthly revenue growth and contribute to the financial success of the studio. Work closely with management to ensure goals are aligned and targets are met. Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset to continually drive business success. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required. 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a consultative or high-value sales environment. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven approach. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to engage with high-net-worth clients. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Experience working in face-to-face consultations with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) is highly preferred.
