Role & responsibilities Responsible for sales of construction equipment / Material Handling equipment in Pune. Must have good connections in the construction industry, Infrastructure industry, builders, developers, and contractors in these locations. Identify market potential, and visits to Submit Proposals, regularly follow up and target achievement. Update weekly and monthly plans and achievements in to the Regional Manager. Frequent Travelling, and visits. stationed at Mumbai / Pune. Reporting to Regional Manager-Sales(West). Key Skills: Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, building relationships, managing processes, Technical Sales, and Market Knowledge. Sales Development: Identify market opportunities and drive sales of construction and material handling equipment in the Pune region. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients in the construction, infrastructure, and material handling sectors, including builders, developers, and contractors. Proposal Submission & Follow-Up: Regularly submit proposals to clients, ensuring timely follow-up and securing deals. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales processes and opportunities. Reporting & Planning: Update weekly and monthly sales plans and progress reports to the Regional Manager - Sales (West). Frequent Travel: Regularly visit client sites for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities. Key Requirements : Established network and strong connections in the Pune construction, infrastructure, and material handling sectors. Ability to travel frequently . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Technical understanding of construction and material handling equipment. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3-6 years of experience in construction / Infrastructure equipment sales. Good connection with various Industries like Construction, Infrastructure & and its contractors. Go-getter, Vibrant & self-motivated who can handle responsibilities and establish a great market presence in Pune. Must be fluent in English, and Hindi. Knowing to Speak Marathi would be an add advantage. Perks and benefits Salary: 6,00,000 ~ 8,00,000 per annum + PF, PT, Bonus, Medical Insurance, Tour allowances as per Industry standard + Sales Incentives. Qualifications: Diploma / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical.
