Position: Senior Sales Executive High-End Surveying Instruments Location: Hyderabad (Branch: Hyderabad) Sales Territory: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil or Electronics) Experience: Min 3 yrs in Sales/BD, preferably in high-tech instruments or related industries. Position Summary: The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for direct sales of advanced geo-survey instruments across the southern India territory. This role focuses on high-end products such as GNSS, Laser Scanners, Layout Navigators, Mobile Mapping Systems , etc., and requires strong technical sales capabilities, customer engagement, and competitor tracking. Key Responsibilities: Drive direct sales of high-end survey instruments (e.g., GNSS, LN 150, GLS/GTL, IPS 3) across the assigned region. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets . Build a direct sales network focusing on new customer acquisition and strategic territory development. Maintain and grow relationships with key clients in infrastructure, construction, surveying, and government sectors . Deliver product presentations, demos , and technical discussions to meet customer requirements. Maintain detailed Market Intelligence by tracking competitors and positioning products effective. Prepare and submit MIS reports and sales performance dashboards on a regular basis. Work closely with the technical support team to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction . Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Required Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of high-end surveying products like GNSS, MDTS, Scanners, Layout Navigators, and Mobile Mapping Systems. Strong technical sales acumen and ability to handle consultative selling. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven territory management and customer relationship-building skills. High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
