Roles and Responsibilities Develop sales strategies to achieve targets through effective communication with clients. Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Identify new sales opportunities by prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. Manage client expectations throughout the sales process from initial contact to closure. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field. Strong understanding of Business Development principles and practices. Excellent Lead Generation skills using various techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, etc.
