Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual agreed sales targets within company business terms for Pollie (Household Cleaning ) brands. Sales target setting and monitoring for distributor ISRs, if available at a beat level. Monitor actual sales and mid-course corrections and inputs to reduce variance against expectations. Sales projection for distribution business. Area C Business Planning Identify potential towns & appoint distributors in line with business strategy. Formulate & execute the secondary sales planarea-wise, distributor-wise, brand-wise, and SKU-wise. Ensuring quality of market coverage through effective use of distribution network. Develop and ensure implementation of the distribution plan across distributor territories. Ensure category availability, visibility, and freshness (stock rotation).
