Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors. Lead client meetings, property viewings, and presentations for luxury homes. Provide expert guidance on real estate investment opportunities. Create and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and industry connections. Negotiate and finalize high-value property transactions with professionalism. Ensure seamless coordination between clients, legal teams, and finance professionals. Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and luxury property developments. Use CRM tools to track leads, client interactions, and sales performance. Requirements: Extensive experience in high-end sales and client relationship management. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven track record of closing high-value deals in luxury real estate or related industries. Deep understanding of Pune's luxury real estate market and client preferences. Ability to deliver a premium customer experience and exceed expectations. Well-groomed and professional with strong people skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Preferred Candidate: North Indian candidates preferred.
