Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Noida. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, meeting potential clients, conducting property tours, and closing deals. They will also be expected to maintain relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, stay updated with market trends, and achieve sales targets. The role requires collaboration with other team members and participation in sales meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and various property types Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Experience in working with high-profile clients and properties is a plus Show more Show less
