Candidates with a background in the manufacturing industry will be given preference. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and skilled in client engagement and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:🔍 Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and cold calling.🤝 Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.📈 Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales funnel, from lead acquisition to deal closure.🎯 Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.📝 Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts as per company standards.🤝 Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with service delivery. Key Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales/Business DevelopmentPreferred industry background: Manufacturing or related fieldsStrong negotiation and communication skillsProven ability to generate leads and close salesSelf-motivated, organized, and performance-drivenProficient in MS Office tools and CRM software
