The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of proven sales experience in the publishing industry, with expertise in the children's book market. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with bookstores, channel partners, distributors, retail market. • Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and secure long-term partnerships. • Provide sales reports, forecasts, and insights for business growth. • Strong and accurate in making collections on time. • Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and marketing. Qualifications: • 10–15 years of relevant sales experience. • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Knowledge of children's literature trends and educational standards. • Willingness to travel as required.
