Role & responsibilities * Identify potential customers: Use networking, cold calls, and referrals to find new customers. * Develop sales strategies: Use a CRM system to create strategies for prospecting and closing sales. * Explain features and benefits: Explain the features and benefits of products and services to customers. * Meet sales goals: Meet sales quotas by booking and installing new services. * Manage customer relationships: Handle customer complaints and inquiries, and build relationships with new and existing customers. * Stay up to date: Keep up with industry trends and technical advancements. * Support the team: Participate in sales meetings and training programs. * Complete paperwork: Complete sales orders and other paperwork to support sales activities.
