Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior B2B Sales Executive & Store Manager with 7–10 years of proven success in interiors, furniture, or lifestyle retail. This dual-role position combines the strategic responsibility of business development within the high-end residential segment with the operational leadership of managing our flagship store in Sultanpur . The ideal candidate should possess an extensive network of architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals , and demonstrate a deep understanding of client expectations, project-based selling, and showroom management. Key Responsibilities B2B Sales & Client Relations Cultivate and expand relationships with architects, interior designers, developers , and other high-value stakeholders in the residential segment Conduct presentations, consultations, and site visits to understand and fulfill client needs with bespoke furniture solutions Lead negotiations, close high-ticket deals, and manage end-to-end client servicing Maintain a well-documented sales pipeline , and provide insights on industry trends and competitive activity Store & Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the HÄUSER experience studio Deliver a consistently premium in-store experience aligned with brand values Manage showroom staff (if applicable), attend to walk-in clients, and ensure high service standards Supervise inventory, merchandising, store layout, and post-sale fulfillment coordination Candidate Profile 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in furniture, interiors, or premium lifestyle categories Deep-rooted network within the architectural, design, and real estate community Previous experience in store/showroom management is essential Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong sense of design aesthetics , customer-centric mindset, and commercial acumen Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high-value relationships What We Offer Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Leadership role in a growing premium brand Exposure to high-profile projects and elite clientele A design-forward, collaborative, and growth-driven work environment Show more Show less
