Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities. Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and customer engagement. Oversee sales negotiations, closures, and contract finalizations. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and brand positioning. Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management. Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Deep understanding of the real estate market, sales cycles, and customer preferences. Ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
