Position Details: Role: Zonal Sales Manager Division: Heating Services Location: Delhi,hyderabad Qualification: B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical) Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Drive business development in boilers and heat exchanger domains. Possess sound technical knowledge of boilers and associated equipment. Meet Annual Business Plan (ABP) targets through direct and dealer-driven efforts. Ensure strong market coverage across geographies and industrial segments. Manage sales of both standard and non-standard spares across regions. Build a robust enquiry pipeline through lead generation and proactive engagement. Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upgrades and improvements . Promote new applications and engage in concept selling for innovative solutions. Develop relationships with OEMs, Key Accounts, Channel Partners, and Consultants to expand business. Key Competencies: In-depth product knowledge of boilers . Excellent networking and interpersonal skills . Strong verbal and written communication . Ability to organize, plan , and manage multiple priorities. Analytical mindset with a process- and result-oriented approach. Team management experience. Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
