Job Description

The ideal candidate must have: • Experience in the building materials or luxury interior industry, especially kitchens or modular solutions. • A track record of handling HNI clients, architects, and designers, with sensitivity to both design and service. • Exceptional grooming and hygiene standards essential for working in a premium showroom environment. • A sales comes first mindset, with consistent delivery on targets. • Understanding of the kitchen design process and ability to guide design development using software tools like AutoCAD. • Ability to coordinate across departments, ensuring pricing, sampling, and delivery timelines are met. • Experience managing and supporting a small to mid-sized team. • A selfless team player who uplifts others while driving individual performance. • Willingness to travel to architect offices, client sites, and across regions as required. • Collaborative approach when working with teams across bathrooms, wardrobes, and other interior verticals. • A stable career track record with proven results. • Confidence and maturity to represent the brand with senior clients and internal leadership. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Engagement • Lead the complete sales process from enquiry to handover for kitchen projects. • Present kitchen concepts and products in a consultative manner to HNIs, architects, and designers. • Maintain a sales-first attitude, ensuring conversion is the primary focus. • Assist in design development and revisions, collaborating with in-house designers using our tools and others like AutoCAD. • Actively follow up on kitchen enquiries, including enquiries received from bathroom or wooden flooring categories. Team & Cross-Vertical Collaboration • Support the kitchen sales and design team in delivering excellence and achieving their sales. • Serve as the liaison between Store Head and the Kitchens sales team, ensuring smooth top-down communication and execution. • Operate collaboratively with vertical heads from bathrooms and wood floors. • Maintain clear communication and ensure reporting protocols are followed. Internal Coordination & Communication • Work closely with product and sales teams for pricing, technical queries, and sourcing. • Coordinate samples, mock-ups, and presentations for clients through internal teams and vendors. • Align with warehouse, installation, and operations staff for on-time delivery and execution of critical orders. Site Handling & Execution Oversight • Personally oversee project execution, especially in high-value or escalated cases. • Resolve client-side challenges effectively during or post-installation. • Ensure client feedback is captured and shared for continual improvement. Operations Management • Coordinate with cross-functional teams – logistics, installers, warehousing – to ensure smooth project execution. • Solve on-ground problems during installations or client site issues with speed and maturity. • Manage site reporting, document progress, and oversee the sales funnel closely. Showroom Presence & Brand Standards • Maintain showroom presentation standards, with displays aligned to luxury positioning. • Ensure all client interactions reflect the brand’s values and premium service expectations. • Represent the brand at key meetings, events, or client walkthroughs.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
