Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Responsible for looking after the entire sales and marketing operations of our projects. Build relationships with potential and existing customers by providing excellent customer service. PR, Organizing exhibitions & Special sales promotional events. Taking buyers to the site, coordinating the legalities of the sale. Prepare a MIS Report on a monthly basis. To meet sales targets as lay down from time to time. Responsible for generating revenue for the company by identifying and selling products or services to potential and existing customers. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for sales growth. To meet sales targets as lay down from time to time. Network with corporates, HNI & other clients for project marketing & sales. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets. Negotiate & close sales deals. Preferred candidate profile: Any degree + MBA with experience of Sales & Marketing in Commercial Real Estate. Excellent communication skills. Excellent leadership and people skills.
