Job description Senior Sales Officer (B2B Sales for Chocolates/Chocolate Products/Corporate gifting) Identify potential business clients for ingredients & corporate gifting buyers. Develop and maintain a database of prospects Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to build trust and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication. Provide detailed information about our chocolate products, including flavors, pricing, and customization options. Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Ensure timely closing of deals and documentation. Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently. Ensure proper sales forecasting & inventory management to meet client requirements Desired skills : Sales and Negotiation Skills Communication and Interpersonal Skills Product Knowledge Problem-Solving Skills Teamwork and Collaboration Networking Skills products/services. Qualifications : Bachelors Degree/ MBA will be an added advantage Sales Experience (Minimum 2-5 years) Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the food/beverages or confectionary industry Experience working with corporate clients also desired. Preferred candidate profile Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Pleasant and engaging personality with a customer-oriented approach. Age between 25 to 40 years old. Previous experience in sales, particularly in fmcg food industry preferred.
