Job Responsibilities: Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact for customers, owners, contractors, and builders in the region. Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly. Hold regular meetings to discuss project progress and any necessary changes. Operations & Collection Management: Oversee plant operations to ensure smooth workflows. Coordinate timely collection of materials and products. Reporting & Targets: Report to the Business Manager with updates on client interactions and project status. Meet monthly targets for client visits and collections. Optimize schedules to achieve business goals. Fieldwork & Travel: Plan and allocate site visits based on business needs. Travel regularly to meet clients and manage operations. Experience & Industry Knowledge: Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the civil industry. Use industry expertise to handle client requests and challenges effectively.
