We are looking for Real Estate Sales Candidate for Residential, Commercial Property Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities to drive sales growth. This role involves leveraging various tools and strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships to support our sales team in achieving their targets. Position: - Sr. Executive - Real Estate Sales Package: Salary (Negotiable) + Variable Pay + Incentives + Reimbursement + Insurance Job Location: Noida Sec - 90, Zirakpur (Punjab) Job Description: Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory. Leads Generation and Calling to Client. Schedule & conduct daily/weekly sales meetings. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base. Continuous follow up with the customers & site visits. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Aggressively achieving the sales target. Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements. Job Specification: 1. Graduate or Post Graduate with Experience. 2. 1+ Years of experience in Sales and Marketing. (Real Estate Experience Preferred) 3. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
