We are looking for a highly experienced, market-savvy Sales & Operations Officer who has a proven track record in pharmaceutical wholesale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving cash sales, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring rapid payment cycles. This is a high-pressure role requiring strong industry connections, deep market understanding, and the ability to convert sales without relying on long-term credit. Key Responsibilities Drive High-Speed Cash Sales Leverage existing market relationships to bring in bulk pharmacy & hospital orders (COD or short-term credit). Identify and approach high-volume buyers who prioritize fast delivery & discounts over long-term credit. Vendor & Stock Management Secure better credit terms (3045 days) from top pharma stockists while ensuring timely payments. Ensure fast-moving inventory rotation (No dead stock, 30-day turnaround). Market Expansion & Business Growth Penetrate Bahraich, and surrounding regions with targeted pricing and bulk sales. Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, & retail chains to increase direct sales. Payment & Risk Management Ensure strict credit control & on-time collections to prevent cash flow issues. Minimize risk by focusing on high-trust buyers with a clean payment history. Ideal Candidate Profile: 7+ years of experience in pharma wholesale sales (strong goodwill in UP market). Proven ability to drive 50L 1Cr+ monthly sales with fast payment cycles. Strong vendor & buyer network (Pharmacies, hospitals, medical chains). Expert in stock rotation, bulk discounting, and fast sales conversion. Excellent negotiation skills for vendor credit (without long delays in payments). Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical focus) Previous work experience in top pharma companies, distributors, or large stockists. Certification in Pharmaceutical Sales & Distribution Management. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Business (BBA/MBA), or any related field.
