Overview: Lead an 8-person EUC team, ensuring seamless IT support for Windows and macOS environments in a fast-paced startup. Manage EUC tools (Jira, MDM, AV), develop SOPs, and provide exceptional support, especially to management. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the EUC team. Manage Windows/macOS, MDM, AV, and Jira. Develop and maintain SOPs. Handle management-level support requests. Manage Video Conference (AV) products Proactively solve technical issues. Qualifications: Experience managing Windows and macOS. People management experience. Startup environment experience. Expertise in Jira, MDM, and AV. SOP development knowledge. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Video conference (AV) product knowledge.
