JOB DESCRIPTION /RESPONSIBILITIES : Job involves erection, installation and commissioning of Large Size CNC machines includes Gantry type Milling Machines, VTCs, CNC Turning centres ,Hor. Boring machines & cylindrical Grinding Machines & Gear cutting machines. Pre inspection of Foundation , understanding foundation drawings of the machine is a must . Complete Job from unboxing of the machine ,assembly of mechanical sub-assemblies, electrical control panels , field cabling at site with total responsibility till the completion of final mahicne start up for production . Candidate should be capable of fault finding and possess necessary skills on attedning CNC Machines for Mechanical /Electrical breakdowns & resolving problems from root cause . Should have hands on & good working knowledge of Siemens /Fanuc CNC controls & Drives ,understanding PLC ladder logic , understanding Electrical / Electronics control Panel diagrams , Hyd Power packs & Pneumatics Circuits related to CNC machines . In case there is a component prove out, should make necessary arrangements with customer and application engineer. Candidate should possess good Interpersonnel ,Communication skills. Job involves working at respective customers location & requires extensive traveling Should be focused on closing the cases with Final Acceptance Certificate from the customer with proper rapport developed. Qualification : Degree /Diploma in Electronics /Mechatronics/ from a reputed institute /University Experience : 5-10 years in Installtion & commissioning of large CNC Machines & Servicing of Imported CNC Machine Tools such as: 1. Experince of installtion & Comm. of large size VTLs ,Planomiller & experince on Gear Grinding Machines,Gear cutting machines ( Skiving / Shaping / Shaving ) will be an added advantage . 2. Good knowledge of other machines like Turning & vertical machining centre , Horizontal Boring Machines for Erection & Commissioning ,by self Carrying out Geometry test of Machine , Machine power on routines ,understanding the Alarms & resolving the problme from root cause undertsnaidng with PLC ladder diagnostics ,knowledge of Servo drives & tuning . 5. Good Knowledge of mechatronixs - CNC System Siemens /Fanuc / Servo Drives ,ballscrews assemblies , Spindle assembly & gear boxes for Installtion of the machines & attending break down calls . Preferred Age : 30 to 35 years.
