Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad Experience: 5-7 Years Duties and Responsibilities: Managing and supervising support/development staff Stakeholder engagement, communication, and training Support customers across various time zones Working with cross-functional teams Providing on-call support Monitoring SLA and Act as escalation point Assessing problems Identifying and assessing technical solutions Troubleshooting and solving existing problems Managing enhancements using an Agile Framework Basic Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of total IT experience Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow Support and Development experience BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field ServiceNow Certifications - CSA plus 1 mainline certification Good to have Skills: ITIL Foundations v3 certified, v4 preferred. ServiceNow Certifications CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-SPM, CIS-CSM Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with ServiceNow modules ITSM, CMDB Experience with one or more other ServiceNow modules SPM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM Experience with leading application support and development activities. Experience creating and configuring ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Flows, ACLs and Integrations. Experience with code promotions, upgrade and cloning activities, data import/export. Code debugging techniques. Write optimized code and follow coding best practices. Understanding or experience with technical aspects of ServiceNow such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, SOAP and REST. Experience with or knowledge of Scoped applications, Performance analytics, Domain separation, UI Builder. Knowledge of Generative AI Experience with standardizing and documenting support procedures and knowledge for client accounts. Ability to work in shifts or out of standard working hours. Experience with resolving issues within strict SLA timelines. Professional Requirements: Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
