Role & responsibilities Building Digital Consumer and Enterprise platform, products & team from scratch True enterprise problem Platforms and products built once, deployed for multiple enterprises/ countries. True scalable products Products will be deployed in countries with subscriber base ranging from 100k subscribers to 200M subscribers Best in class technology stack CI/CD and operations using tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, Kibana, Grafana, InfluxDB , Log4J & always evolving. Preferred candidate profile B.E./B.Tech in Computer science or Information Technology with 4+ years of experience in a scalable product/ecommerce organization Demonstrated 4-9 yrs. SRE experience in keeping multiple products and platforms up & running 24x7 with continuous focus on automation to reduce manual effort. Doing this for multiple setups. Operational experience with Cloud and Micro Services architecture. Ability and attitude to work with many stakeholders to ensure that products are available and being used by end customers for business growth. • Experience in Enterprise products is preferred. • Experience with O&M tools like Cloudera manager, Grafana, Kibana etc. • Experience with Linux & shell scripting is preferred • Experience with L3 support • Experience with managing new product and release upgrade deployment management • Problem-solving while always looking for ways to prevent the same problems from happening again by setting defined workflows in place.
