Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives Lead content creation and curation across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platforms, and best practices Manage a team of social media specialists and coordinate with cross-functional teams Oversee social media advertising budget and maximize ROI Establish and maintain the brand voice across all digital channels Develop and nurture influencer relationships and partnerships Monitor social conversations and manage community engagement Create regular performance reports for executive leadership Manage Google AdSense implementation and optimization to maximize revenue Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across various platforms Qualifications 5+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns Strong understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences, and content formats Experience managing social media teams and mentoring junior staff Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Portfolio of successful social media campaign Technical Skills Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Knowledge of social media analytics platforms Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles Experience with Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) Proficiency with Google AdSense monetization strategies Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.)
