Job Description: Senior Software Developer (Laravel/MySQL/jQuery) Position : Senior Software Developer Experience Required : 5-7 years Industry : CRM, ERP, and HRM Location : Gurugram Type : Full-time Job Overview: Seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Laravel, MySQL, and jQuery, along with proven expertise in creating APIs, integrating third-party systems, and working with AWS. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in CRM, ERP, and HRM systems, as well as in the design of custom reports and dashboards, and possess a foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS. Key Responsibilities: 1. Application Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel (PHP) framework. Design and optimize database structures in MySQL. Develop front-end functionality using jQuery and other JavaScript libraries. Utilize basic knowledge of HTML & CSS for building and maintaining front-end features. 2. API Creation & Integration: Design, build, and document RESTful APIs for internal and external use. Integrate 3rd party systems and services into applications. Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth data exchange between systems. 3. AWS & Cloud Solutions: Manage and maintain AWS S3 buckets for storage solutions. Work on AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Handle deployment, troubleshooting, and support within AWS environments. 4. CRM/ERP & Logistics Solutions: Develop and customize CRM and ERP solutions for contact center and logistics- related applications. Integrate logistics CRM/ERP with various 3rd party service providers (e.g., shipment tracking, route optimization). 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and other developers, to deliver robust solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. 6. Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for web development. Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving development processes. 7. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Debug issues across the entire stack (backend, frontend, database). Optimize code and queries for performance and scalability. Qualifications & Skills: • Technical Skills: Proficient in Laravel (PHP) development. Strong expertise in MySQL database design and management. Solid experience in jQuery and JavaScript for front-end development. Experience with HTML and CSS. Experience with API creation and 3rd party system integrations. Proficient in AWS services, particularly AWS S3. Familiarity with Git version control. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in software development, particularly in the CRM and Logistics CRM industries. Proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale web applications. • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have: Experience with other cloud services like AWS Lambda, EC2. • Knowledge of logistics industry challenges, such as route optimization, inventory tracking, etc.
