Your Role Introduction: Atlas Copco Group seeks an experienced Dynamic 365 consultant to empower our business operations team You will be responsible for creating custom software applications on the Dynamic 365 platform that meet our specific requirements for client management and other daily operations You will also integrate Dynamic 365 with existing systems, ensuring data accuracy and security and providing technical support whenever required The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in developing and customising Dynamic 365 applications, as well as experience in designing and implementing complex solutions We offer competitive pay packages, health benefits, plenty of learning opportunities and advancements within the company We invite you to become a valuable part of our team! Key Responsibilities A Dyanamic 365 developer has a range of responsibilities essential to optimizing CRM platforms and ensuring their functionality These include: Requirement gathering Writing Functional and Technical specification Development and Implementation in Development Client Unit Testing by Consultants for the business process Correction of programs, if required, and re testing Regression Testing and Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Training to business end users for the implemented functionality, if required To succeed, you will need Preferred skills and qualifications Dynamic 365 certifications, Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales in a similar role Familiarity with other Dynamics 365 modules like Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing Worked in a project involving Agile methodology preferably Scrum (Azure Dev-Ops) Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) Ability to work with Dynamic 365 Community Cloud or other collaboration tools Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes Expertise in data modelling, debugging, and implementing Dynamic 365 solutions that align with business needs What we expect from you? Bachelor s degree in software engineering, Computer Science or a related field 4-6 years plus of demonstrable experience in Dynamic 365 development Proficient understanding of Dynamic 365 administration Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, Power Platform, Power Apps and Dataverse Expert in development tools: C#, NET, JavaScript, SQL Experience with integration technologies: SOA, REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps Experience with documentation services like DocumentsCorePack Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong Functional and analytical analysis skills and experience In return, we offer you What can you expect from us?
