Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Should be strong in Micro-services , Java ,Spring-boot ,Kafka , CI/CD & Elastic Search . Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers by conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback. Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. System Architecture and Design: Architect and design robust, maintainable, and scalable software solutions. Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and practices to improve software quality and performance. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues related to latency and scalability. Code Quality and Maintenance: Ensure high standards of code quality through peer code reviews and automated testing. Maintain documentation related to code, architecture, and development processes. Identify technical debt and implement refactoring strategies to maintain codebase health. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
