About The Role We are looking for experienced Senior Software Tester to join our team. Duties and responsibilities Contribute to the development and quality assurance of ship management products Establish and continuously improve test processes, tools and infrastructure Create test plans and derive test procedures from product definitions Define, automate and execute functional and non-functional test cases Identify, log, track, report bug, and prepare test reports Develop appropriate test strategies and implement them in in the development process Coordinate & collaborate with various stakeholders Use experience and problem-solving skills to provide solutions to unique challenges What we offer Flexible work arrangements for better work-life balance . Diversity is fundamental to our culture, and we invite About You Requirements and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or any technical related field Experience of 5 – 7 years as a Software Tester Experience in manual testing, API & UI test automation Knowledge of software testing life cycle (Test planning, Test design and execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting) Hands on experience of Functional, Regression, System, UAT Testing Excellent defect finding, debugging, root cause analysis capabilities Good understanding & experience with software development processes such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Extreme Programming and/or Lean Experience with Cloud development processes Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Knowledge or familiarity with microservice architecture, REST APIs, Container Based Technology desirable Quick perception, conceptual skills, creativity, and flexibility Analytical skills and ability to structure, arrange and plan complex work procedures and issues Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English) Hands on experience of working with tools like Azure DevOps preferred move this upward – Experience in working in Agile Methodology , preferred Azure DevOps Knowledge of the shipping industry desirable Actively work on updating own knowledge base and apply new concepts to work Show more Show less
