Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist Business Analyst with a strong understanding of enterprise custom software solutions in industries such as real estate , oil and gas , manufacturing , factory automation , and digital twin solutions . The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of technical domains, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion. Roles and Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis -Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Stakeholder Management -Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction. Solution Design & Feasibility -Work with technical architects and developers to design scalable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. Conduct feasibility analysis for proposed systems Documentation -Prepare detailed BRDs, FSDs, process flows, wireframes, and user stories. Ensure accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Data Analysis & Visualization -Analyze business data to generate actionable insights. Create dashboards and visualizations for better decision-making. Process Improvement -Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend optimized processes. Implement best practices for operational efficiency. Testing & Quality Assurance -Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases, validate functionality, and ensure the delivery meets business requirements. Project Collaboration -Work in Agile or Waterfall environments. Coordinate with developers, project managers, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects. Training & Support -Assist in creating user training materials and conduct workshops. Provide post-deployment support to address any issues or feedback. Deliverables and Artifacts: BRDs & FSDs -Comprehensive Business and Functional Specification Documents outlining project scope, requirements, and workflows. User Stories & Use Cases -Well-documented user stories and scenarios to align business requirements with development goals. Process Flows -Visual diagrams showcasing workflows and system processes for better understanding. Test Plans & Cases -Clear test cases and validation criteria to ensure the solution meets business needs. Dashboards & Reports -Custom-built visual dashboards and reports Training Materials -User guides, FAQs, and workshops to facilitate seamless user adoption of new systems. Risk & Gap Analysis Reports -Detailed documentation highlighting potential risks, gaps, and recommended mitigation strategies. Key Attributes: Customer-Centric Approach -Ability to understand and prioritize customer needs while aligning with business goals. Analytical Thinking -Strong problem-solving capabilities to address complex business challenges. Detail-Oriented -Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables. Proactive Mindset -Ability to anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Team Leadership -Proven ability to lead and mentor junior analysts and collaborate effectively across teams.
