What Youll Do: End-to-end recruitment for C2H positions across diverse IT clientele. Strategic hiring to maximize revenue and optimize margins. Stakeholder management with TA teams, MSPs, and program managers. Negotiations & closures ensuring business profitability. Proactive talent mapping to stay ahead of hiring needs. What You Bring: 3+ years of C2H staffing experience. Strong commercial acumen ability to calculate P&L, revenue, and margins. Proven track record in fulfilling high-volume IT hiring. Excellent stakeholder engagement and client coordination. Resilient & target-driven attitude with a sharp recruiting mindset.
