Profound in taking customer measurements Good understanding of designers, product, fabric and style knowledge. Basic computer skills and a knowledge of basic Microsoft Office programs. Skills : Excellent command over English, written and verbal. Good interpersonal skills. Passion and imagination for styling. A friendly personality, empathic attitude. Warm & kind with Customers. A high level of customer service. Confidence working with customers. Target oriented and sales driven. Excellent Up-Selling skills. Sales & Marketing Skills. Genuine Enthusiasm for the Company. Keeping up with fashion market trends. Job Responsibilities Include: Handling walk-in customers & answering their queries. Achieving sales targets. Profound with taking measurements and coordination with alterations for clients. Coordinate the same with master and tailors. Assist customers & provide consultancy to meet customer needs. Coordinate and help customers in classification of outfits as per the event/occasion Understanding Customer requirements. Build good customer relations. Follow up with customers for work related or promotional activities. Deliver excellent services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Respond to customer complaints & concerns in a professional manner. Involvement in visual merchandising of the store. Preparation of daily sales report as per timelines i.e. daily, weekly, fortnightly monthly. Create sales strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Participate in sales promotion activities like Discount sales offers, Pre Launches offer, Exhibitions , Fashion weeks , Fashion shows, and increase footfalls in the showroom. Personal Input in marketing meetings. Survey competitors and inform about ongoing trends and marketing strategies. Any other duties may be assigned
